Privacy Policy

PromptJang processes account details, workspace and target configuration, webhook or mailbox payloads, delivery and A2A responses, mailbox claim ownership, usage records, security logs, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.

Purpose and retention

• Account and billing records support authentication, service administration, invoicing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• Webhook payloads and delivery attempts are retained for up to seven days in the beta, then scheduled for deletion.
• Security and billing records may be retained longer where needed for investigation, reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Service providers

PromptJang uses Cloudflare for application infrastructure and Stripe for payment and invoicing. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments. PromptJang does not sell customer data.

Customer responsibilities

Do not send unnecessary personal, payment-card, authentication, health, or other regulated data in submitted payloads. Customers determine the lawful basis and content of data they submit.

Requests and contact

Business contacts may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. Some information may be retained where required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
