Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of PromptJang delivery and durable mailboxes through the application API, dashboard, and registered-target MCP tools. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Service

PromptJang accepts webhook events, mailbox messages, and outbound A2A handoffs; stores payloads for a limited retention period; and provides delivery or mailbox history. A2A acceptance confirms that the registered agent returned a valid Task or Message response. It does not confirm task completion. The beta may change, experience interruptions, or limit access while reliability and billing controls are validated.

PromptJang does not promise exactly-once delivery, uninterrupted availability, or that a target will successfully process an event. Customers remain responsible for idempotent receivers, downstream business controls, payload backups, and monitoring critical workflows.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and signing secrets, and promptly revoke exposed API keys. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace.

Payment

Usage is governed by the Billing Terms. Live billing is disabled during the founder-assisted beta. If paid billing is activated for a workspace later, the customer authorizes Stripe to store the payment method and collect invoiced amounts. Taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the invoice states otherwise.

Suspension and termination

PromptJang may suspend access for overdue payment, abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Amounts already incurred remain payable.

Liability

The beta is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptJang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit, data, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
